Abstract
The research entitled Types of Prejudice on "Atta Halilintar" Youtube Vlog Updated
March 2020 aimed to describe the types of presuppositions found in Atta Halilintar's
YouTube Vlog uploaded in March 2020. The research type was qualitative
descriptive, and the data were dialogues in Atta Halilintar's Vlog on YouTube
uploaded in March 2020. The data source in this study was Atta Halilintar's Vlog on
YouTube, uploaded in March 2020. This research method was detailed into three
stages; data collection, data analysis, and data analysis presentation. In collecting
data, literature study and note-taking techniques were employed. After the data were
collected and classified according to the types of presuppositions, the next stage was
data analysis by qualitative and equivalent methods. Presentation of the results of
data analysis applied the method of informal presentation. Existential presuppositions
appeared in 33 data marked by the existence of statements of belonging and existence.
Factual presuppositions characterized by having the truth of information as a
statement were raised in 4 data. In one set of data, lexical presuppositions were raised
because the words had a commonly expressed or implicit meaning. 120 data points
with interrogative sentence attributes were used to build structural presuppositions.
There were five faulty presuppositions for non-factual presuppositions.
Counterfactual presuppositions were the only presuppositions that were not available.
