Abstract
BKPSDM is an agency or company that deals with anything regarding personnel and is a company that is under the supervision of the government. As a company concerned with staffing, of course, BKPSDM has the task of serving employees and prospective employees in the payroll process. In general, the services provided by BKPSDM in the recitation process for Prospective Civil Servants must collect the required data and comply with the requirements that must be met. The purpose of this field work practice is to find out the accounting system, procedures and details of what requirements are needed for the payroll process for Prospective Civil Servants. The methods and data collection used in the preparation of this field work practice report are observation, interviews, documentation, and literature study. At the BKPSDM of Banyumas District, especially in the part of the payroll process for Prospective Civil Servants, there are several obstacles in the process, one of which is in the data collection process there are still many shortcomings and the information provided on the data is not clear. So that there is a lot of repetition in the process of checking the data that is not in accordance with the requirements that have been determined. Based on this, the agency or company must have clarity on the Prospective Civil Servant so that there is no shortage and the Prospective Civil Servant is satisfied because the certainty of time is maintained so that there is no more lack of data making it easier for Prospective Civil Servants to get a salary.
