The research entitled Personification Figure of Speech in the Poetry Anthology of Penyihir Kata by 2018-PBSI Students Universitas Muhammadiyah Purwokerto aims to describe the personifications contained in the Poetry Anthology of Penyihir Kata by 2018-PBSI Students Universitas Muhammadiyah Purwokerto. This type of research was descriptive qualitative. The data were in the form of poetry quotes containing personifications in the Poetry Anthology of Penyihir Kata by 2018-PBSI Students. The data of words were 31 data, while the datum of phrases was 1 data. The data collection technique used the note-taking technique, while the data analysis technique used identifying, classifying, analyzing, and describing the personifications contained in the Anthology. The results showed thirty-two poetry quotes containing personifications, namely spelling, dragging me, pitying, chasing, wandering, attacking, shouting, dropping, whispering, competing, dancing, peeking, disappearing, crying (3 data), saying goodbye, pulling, knocking, flirting, holding on, moving, gnawing, crying, blinking, picking up, being eaten, waking up, saying goodbye, smiling, saying hello, laughing.
