Abstract
Al-Quran learning that has not been systematic and effective in accordance with the expected goals causes children to not be optimal in their ability to read and understand the Qur'an. Most Muslims think of Qur'anic education, they imagine a class where children are taught to read the Qur'an. This will not work if the Qur'an is only used as a teaching tool without being touched on spiritual issues. Learning has not been able to produce maximum results. This study aims to: find out how to evaluate the CIPP model in learning the Koran using the Ilmaan Wa Ruuhan method at the Al Ilham Inspirational Elementary School, Banjar City and to find out the factors that support the success of learning the Koran using the Ilman Wa Ruhan method at the Al Ilham Inspirational Elementary School, Banjar City.
This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive type of research. The research site for the Al Ilham Inspirational Elementary School, Banjar City. The subjects in this study were TTQ teachers, vice principals for curriculum, vice principals for student affairs, heads of the Bhakti Untuk Negeri foundation, Yabari HR Division and some students. The data collection method that the researcher uses is the method of observation, interviews and documentation. Researchers used data collection techniques with interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis used by the researcher is in accordance with the interactive model of Miles and Hubernam, which begins with data reduction, presenting the conclusion data so that valid data is obtained.
The results of the study were: Evaluation of the CIPP model in learning the Koran with the Ilman wa Ruuhan method at the Al Ilham Inspirational Elementary School, Banjar City; (a) Context: The method used in the process of learning the Qur'an is the method used. (b) Input: Technical acceptance of new students using two tests, namely academic tests and learning readiness tests. In the academic test process, students directly test their initial ability to read the Koran to facilitate grouping. (c) Pocces: The teacher's role in the Al-Quran learning process greatly determines the achievement of the results obtained, interesting and innovative learning will make students feel happy during the learning process. (d) Product: Learning evaluation carried out with several kinds of assessment, namely: daily assessment, mid-semester assessment, end-of-semester assessment and year-end assessment (PAT). The supporting factors for the success of learning the Qur'an using the ilmaan wa ruuhan method at the Al Ilham Inspirational Elementary School Banjar City consist of two things, namely the internal factor is the student and the external factor is the Al Quran teaching team.
