The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Brand
Image, Word of Mouth, and Promotion on Purchasing Decisions. The
sample selection in this study used purposive sampling with the criteria
that active students at the Universitas Muhammadiyah Purwokerto,
Universitas Jendral Soedirman, and the UIN Saifudin Zuhri, have and use
the Ventela sneakers. Based on the criteria, there were 120 respondents
who became the sample. The data analysis techniques used in this research
are descriptive statistical analysis, data instrument test, classical
assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing,
and model fit test. The results of the analysis show that brand image, word
of mouth, and promotion simultaneously affect purchasing decisions,
brand image has a significant and positive effect on purchasing decisions,
word of mouth has a significant and positive effect on purchasing
decisions, the promotion has a significant and positive effect on
purchasing decisions.
