Abstract
The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of work discipline, hard skill, and soft skill of towards employee performance in PT. Cebong Kayuindo Ajibarang. The sample of this study was PT. Cebong Kayuindo Ajibarang who numbered 337 employees using non-probability sampling techniques and dataobtained from respondents with research instruments using questionnaries. Analysis tools used in research is multiple regression analysis the results show the work discipline, hard skill, and soft skillsimultaneously effect employee performance. Then, partial analysis test results show that work discipline had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, hard skill had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and soft skill had a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
