Abstract

This study aims to analyze and explain the influence of leadership style, training, and work discipline on employee performance at Sambel Layah Corporation Purwokerto. This research is a quantitative research using a questionnaire of 120 respondents to permanent employees of Sambel Layah Corporation Purwokerto. The sampling technique used was the saturated sampling method or the census. Data analysis used multiple linear regression and coefficient of determination test. The results of the study indicate that leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, training has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and work discipline has a positive effect on employee performance.
