Abstract
This was a research and development that aimed to develop environmental-based poetry writing enrichment book for Indonesian language subjects in high school. In addition, this research also aimed to find out the responses of teachers and students to the feasibility of this enrichment book. The procedure in this research used the Borg and Gall development model of 10 development steps including, 1) research and information gathering, 2) planning, 3) initial product development, 4) initial product trial / limited trial, 5) refinement of the initial product, 6) wider field trial, 7) improvement of the product resulting from a wider field test, 8) final product trial, 9) revision or refinement of the final product, 10) dissemination and implementation. The subjects of this study were tenth-grade MIPA students of SMA Muhammadiyah Bumiayu in the academic year of 2021/2022. The instruments used in this study were interviews and questionnaires on the needs of teachers and students, a questionnaire for assessing materials and media by experts to measure validity, a pre-test and post-test to determine student learning outcomes to write poetry, as well as a questionnaire for teacher and student responses to the feasibility of the product. In the product feasibility test, which was attended by 15 Indonesian teachers from 10 high school and vocational schools and 37 students of SMA Muhammadiyah Bumiayu for tenth-grade MIPA, scores were obtained for each aspect. For the teacher's response, three aspects were assessed to obtain a total score of 738 from a maximum score of 840 with an average value of 3.51 and enter the feasible criteria. Meanwhile, student responses from the two aspects assessed obtained a total score of 1228 from a maximum score of 1480 with an average value of 3.31 with feasible criteria. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the environmental-based poetry writing enrichment book is feasible to be used as a tool for the learning process.
