The purpose of the study was to analyze the effect of Job Satisfaction, Job Insecurity, and Workload on Turnover Intention at CV Berkah Manis Sejahtera. This type of research is quantitative research in the form of a survey. The number of samples is the total population, namely 108 people. The analysis used is the F test, t test and adjusted R2.
The results of this study based on the F test stated that Job Satisfaction, Job Insecurity, and Workload simultaneously affect Turnover Intention at CV Berkah Manis Sejahtera. Based on the t test obtained; (a) Job Satisfaction has a negative and significant effect on Turnover Intention. (b) Job Insecurity has a positive and significant effect on Turnover Intention. (c) Workload has a positive and significant effect on Turnover Intention. Based on the coefficient of determination test R2 adjusted, it shows the magnitude of the effect of Job Satisfaction, Job Insecurity, and Workload on Turnover Intention of 30.4% while the remaining 69.6% is influenced by variables outside the research model.
