Abstract
This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of career development, self-efficacy, and work discipline on employee performance at PT KAI Persero Purwokerto. This type of research is quantitative research. The population in this study are employees at PT KAI Persero Purwokerto with a total of 104 employees. The sample obtained in this study were 104 employees using saturated sampling technique. The analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that career development partially had no effect, partial self-efficacy had a positive and significant effect, and work discipline partially had a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance.
