This study aims to determine the effect of job satisfaction, job training, and work discipline on employee performance at PKU Muhammadiyah Danaraja Banjarnegara General Hospital. Sampling in this study using simple random sampling with a total sample of 113 people who are employees of the General Hospital of PKU Muhammadiyah Danaraja Banjarnegara. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis. The results of data analysis show that simultaneously job satisfaction, job training and work discipline have a significant effect on employee performance. The results of data analysis partially show that job satisfaction has a significant effect on employee performance, job training has no significant effect on employee performance, and work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance.
