Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of psychological contracts, perceived
organizational support and organizational commitment on the performance of
PROF Hospital employees. Dr. Margono Soekarjo. The research method used in
this study is a quantitative research method. The population in this study were
employees of the PROF Hospital. Dr. Margono Soekarjo. data collection
technique using purposive sampling. The number of samples in this study
amounted to 227 respondents. The analytical method used in this study is multiple
linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the partial research, it shows
that psychological contracts, perceived organizational support and organizational
commitment affect positive and significant to the performance of PROF Hospital
employees. Dr. Margono Soekarjo. The magnitude of the influence of
psychological contracts, perceived organizational support and organizational
commitment in contributing to employee performance is 44.5%.
