Abstract
This research aimed to determine the implementation of post-pandemic remedial and enrichment in grade V at SD Negeri Cijeruk. This research employed a descriptive qualitative research method with a case study research type. The research instruments were observation, interviews, and documentation. Based on the research results it can be concluded that the implementation of remedial and teacher enrichment activities began with identifying the problems based on the results of student evaluations. The teachers had not made any special lesson plan for remedial and enrichment programs, so the planning activities were carried out directly. The remedial program was carried out by working on different questions but with the same weight. Meanwhile, enrichment activities were carried out by assigning students to read textbooks related to the next sub-theme/theme and peer tutors for those who did not understand the lessons. The remedial and enrichment programs had not been implemented optimally yet. This was due to time constraints and the condition of students who were lazy to study. Many students considered remedial to be regular, so there was no sense of responsibility for them.
