Abstract

The research with the title of The Strengthening Religious Character Education of students by Civic Education learning at SD Muhammadiyah Cipete. The formulation of the problem in this study are I how to plan, implement, evaluate. The subjects of this research are teacher and class IV students. This study aims to describe in depth about: 1) Planning learning for strengthening character education of religious students. 2) Implementation process learning of strengthening the religious character education of students. 3) Evaluation learning of the strengthening of the religious character of students. The study used a qualitative approach with a phenomenological type of research. This research was conducted at SD Muhammadiyah Cipete Cilongok. Banyumas Regency. Data were obtained through an interview, observation, and documents. Data analysis technique used Miles and Huberman which includes data collection, data reduction, presentation of data, and conclusions. After that, the validity of data was tested by testing the credibility with triangulation. Based on the resulted of research in the field, it can be knew that: (1) The Learning Implementation Plan (RPP) learning is prepared accordance with Curriculum 13 and incorporates elements of the Qur’an, Sunnah, Pancasila and the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia (2) The implementation of learning were carried out in 3 levels : 1. Freedom of choice, 2. Respecting and 3 acting (3) Evaluation of learning in strengthening religious character education has advantages and disadvantages to anticipate in the implementation of KBM so it can explore the religious character of attitudes, knowledges, and skill of students. The results of observations on attitudes religious students obtained the results of respecting the opinions of friends reached 91.6%, discipline 88.3% care for friends 58 honest 90% and independent 93.3%
