Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of work competence, work environment, award (reward) on the performance of employees of J&T Express Banyumas Branch. The population of this study were all employees totaling 145 employees. The sample in this study was 107 employees using simple random sampling technique. The analysis used is the F test, t test and R2 adjusted. The results of this study based on the F test stated that work competence, work environment, awarding (reward) simultaneously affect the performance of employees of J&T Express Banyumas Branch. Based on the t test obtained ; work competence has no significant positive effect on employee performance, work environment has a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance, reward has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Based on the coefficient of determination R2 adjusted, it shows the magnitude of the effect of work competence, work environment, and reward on employee performance by 63.2%, while the remaining 36.8% is influenced by variables outside the research model.
