Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline, organizational commitment and compensation on employee performance. The sample in this study were 100 people who were employees of CV. Modelink Group Brebes. The method used is a survey method using a questionnaire given to employees and answered by employees than processed with a likert scale. Data analysis techniques used are multiple linear regression. The results of this study concluded that work discpline, organizational commitment and compensation partially positive and significant affect on employee performance.
