This study aims to determine the effect of training, motivation, and workload on the performance of nurses at the Islamic Hospital (RSI) Purwokerto. The population in this study were all nurses at the Islamic Hospital (RSI) Purwokerto, totaling 100 nurses. The sampling technique in this study used the total sampling method or the census with the total population as the sample. Data obtained from respondents by using a questionnaire. The data analysis method used the F test, t test and adjusted R2.
The results of the F test in this study stated that training, motivation and workload simultaneously had a significant effect on the performance of nurses at the Islamic Hospital (RSI) Purwokerto. Based on the t-test obtained: (a) Training has a positive and significant effect on the performance of nurses. (b) Motivation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of nurses. (c) Workload has a negative and insignificant effect on the performance of nurses. based on the Coefficient of Determination Test (R2) shows that the effect of training, motivation, and workload on the performance of nurses is 42.9%.
