Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of Competence, Motivation, Training and Organizational Commitment on the performance of the employees of Perumda Air Drinking Tirta Ayu, Tegal Regency. The population in this study were employees of Perumda Water Drinking Tirta Ayu, Tegal Regency, with a total of 133 employees. The sample collection technique used is probability sampling with proportional random sampling technique with a total of 105 respondents being the sample and collected using a questionnaire. The data analysis method used the F test, T test and adjusted R2.
The results of this study with the F test stated that Competence, Motivation, Training and Organizational Commitment had a significant effect. (a) competence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. (b) positive and significant motivation on employee performance. (c) training has a negative and insignificant effect on employee performance. (d) organizational commitment has a negative and insignificant effect on employee performance. Based on the determination coefficient test, R2 shows the effect of competence, motivation, training and organizational commitment on employee performance by 70.5%.
