Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of Reward, Punishment, Work Discipline
and Competence on the performance of employees of PT New Hope Farm Indonesia Tegal.
This population is all production employees totaling 150 employees and the sampling
technique used is purposive sampling. Based on the criteria, 110 respondents were sampled
and collected using a questionnaire. The data analysis method used the F test, T test and
adjusted R2.
The results of this study with the F test stated that Reward, Punishment, Work
Discipline and Competence had a significant effect. Based on the t-test obtained; (a)
Rewards have no significant effect on employee performance. (b) Punishmet has a
significant effect on employee performance. (c) Work discipline has a significant effect on
performance. (d) Competence has a significant effect on employee performance. Based on
the Coefficient of Determination Test R2 shows the effect of Reward, Punishment, Work
Discipline and Competence on employee performance by 42.9%
