Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of job satisfaction, work culture and work-life balance on employee loyalty CV. Yogi Bersaudara. Sampling using census sampling mode (saturated) through a questionnaire. The sample used is 110 employees. The analytical technique used in this research is the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS). The results of this study indicate that job satisfaction, work culture and work-life balance have a positive and significant effect on employee loyalty. Based on the test results, the adjusted coefficient of determination of R2 is 65,2%.
