The purpose of this study aims is to analyze and explain the effect of transformational leadership, work motivation, work engagement on the performance of the Cilacap Police Officers. This study uses a quantitative approach. The sampling technique is taken uses nonprobability sampling method using aapproach incidental sampling and slovin formula. This study used a questionnaire with 138 respondents as members of the Cilacap Police. Data analysis using data instrument test, test classical assumptions, test data analysis, test hypotheses. From the results of the study partially shows that transformational leadership has no significant effect on the perfomance, work motivation and work engagement have a significant effect on the perfomance. Transfromational leadership, work motivation, work attachments simultaneously have a significant effect on the perfomance.
