The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of training, motivation and work environment variables on employee performance. This type of research is quantitative research, the sampling in this study using purposive sampling with a sample size of 100 people. This research was conducted on permanent employees of PT.Cebong Imelindo Wonosobo. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis test. The results of data analysis show that the training variable has a significant effect on employee performance and motivation does not have a significant effect on employee work and the work environment has a significant effect on employee performance. Based on the results of data analysis, it shows that the training variable has the most influence on the performance of the employees of PT.Cebong Imelindo Wonosobo.
