Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of training variables, work experience, and human relations on employee performance. This type of research is quantitative research. Sampling method in this research used purposed sampling with a number of sample of 100 respondent. This research took the subject in PT. Wahana Kasih Mulia Kedungreja Cilacap. Data analysis was performed using the IMB SPSS statistics 23 program. Data analysis techniques used are multiple regression analysis. The results of data analysis showed that as simultaneous training, work experience, and human relations significantly influence employee performance and partially training, work experience, and human relations have a significant positive effect on the employee performance.
