The purpose of this study was to find out the work ethic, work discipline, electronic presence on the performance of employees in the Department of Industry and Trade Kebumen Regency. The research sample was civil servants of the Department of Industry and Trade of Kebumen Regency, which amounted to 115 employees using simple random sampling techniques and data obtained directly from respondents with the research instrument using a questionnaire. Data were analyzed using descriptive test, data instrument test, classic assumption test, simple regression analysis, multiple regression analysis, and MRA test. The analysis result partially shows that work ethic has a significant effect on employee performance, work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance, electronic presence has a significant effect on employee performance and electronic presence moderates the effect of work discipline on employee performance.
