The purpose of this study was to determine the role of organizational citizenship behavior as a mediating variable the effect of organizational commitment variables on nurse performance. The study sample was nurses at the Hj. Anna Lasmanah Banajrnegara, amounting to 141 nurses. The sampling method in this study uses Simple Random Sampling. Data analysis techniques used in this study are multiple linear regression analysis, T test, F test (Model Fit) and Sobel Test. The analysis shows that partially organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior. Organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on performance. Organizational citizenship behavior has a positive and significant effect on performance. Organizational citizenship behavior is able to mediate organizational commitment to nurse performance.
