The purpose of this research was to determine the effect of emotional intelligence, organizational citizenship behavior and work involvement performance of nurses. This type of research is quantitative research. Sampling in this research used purposive sampling with a sample size of 115 people. This study took the subject at General Hospital Majenang. Data analysis techniques used were multiple linear regression analysis. The results of data analysis indicate that the variable emotional intelligence partially has a significant effect on performance of nurses, organizational citizenship behavior partially has a significant effect on performance of nurse, and work involvement partially has no significant effect on performance of nurse. emotional intelligence, organizational citizenship behavior and work involvement simultaneously have a significant effect on performance of nurses. Based on the results of data analysis shows that the organizational citizenship behavior variables that most effect the performance of nurses General Hospital Majenang.
