The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of reward, punishment, and work discipline on employee performance at Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Kabupaten Purbalingga. This type of research is quantitative research. The sampling technique used a saturated sampling technique (census) and data were obtained from respondents with research instruments using a questionnaire totaling 110 respondents. The data analysis techniques used in this research are instrument test, descriptive statistics, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, f test and t-test. Based on the results of data analysis shows that the variables of reward, punishment, and work discipline simultaneously affect employee performance, the reward variable partially does not have a significant positive effect on employee performance, while the variables of punishment and work discipline variables have a significant positive effect on employee performance.
