Abstract
This purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of distributive justice, promotion of position on the performance of employees of the State Civil Service with job satisfaction as a mediating variable. The population in this study were all village officials in the city of Cilacap. The sample used in this study was 147 employees using saturated sample techniques. The analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of this study concluded that from the sobel test it is known that job satisfaction is able to mediate the relationship between distributive justice and promotion of position on employee performance. Research results obtained based on the t test were obtained; (a) distributive justice has a significant effect on job satisfaction, (b) promotion of position has a significant effect on job satisfaction, (c) distributive justice has a significant effect on employee performance, (d) promotion of position has a significant effect on employee performance, (e) job satisfaction has an effect significant effect on employee performance as evidenced by the t value greater than t table. Based on the test of the coefficient of determination (R2) model 1 shows the magnitude of the distribution of distributive justice, job promotion to job satisfaction by 45.9% ,. In the determination coefficient test (R2) model 2 shows the percentage of distributive justice, job promotion and job satisfaction on employee performance by 51.3%.
