This study aims to determine the effect of organizational culture, work discipline, and job satisfaction on employee performance at Ayam Penyet Surabaya, Purwokerto Branch. The sample of this research is all employees of Ayam Penyet Surabaya, Purwokerto Branch, totaling 106 employees using purposive sampling technique and data obtained from respondents with research instruments using a questionnaire.. The research method used in this research is multiple regression analysis. The results showed that the variables of organizational culture, work discipline, and satisfaction simultaneously had a significant positive effect on employee performance. The partial analysis test results show that organizational culture has a significant positive effect on employee performance, work discipline has a significant positive effect on employee performance and job satisfaction has a significant positive effect on employee performance.
