Simple housing is a type of housing that is usually intended for people who have low income (MBR) and have limited purchasing power. Puri Tama Indah housing is one of the simple housing in Purbalingga City which was built in 2011 located precisely in Gemuruh Village, Padamara District, Purbalingga Regency with the number of occupancy in the housing currently as many as 261 residential units. The provision of housing and its facilities and infrastructure needs attention, because of the importance of facilities and infrastructure as one of the basic needs that must be met. This research was conducted to determine the availability and quality of existing facilities and infrastructure in Puri Tama Indah Housing. The research method used in this research is quantitative descriptive method and comparative method, namely comparing the existing conditions with the SNI 03-1733-2004 standard and using a Likert scale scoring. The results of this study indicate that the availability of facilities and infrastructure, namely government facilities and public services, worship facilities, trade and commerce facilities, open space facilities, parks and sports fields. Meanwhile, infrastructure includes road network infrastructure, clean water network, waste water network, electricity network and telephone network. For the quality of the existing facilities and infrastructure in the Puri Tama Indah housing estate, which is good based on the results of the assessment from respondents or users.
