This research aims to determine the effect of Work Discipline, Competence and Organizational Commitment on Employee Performance of the Department of Agriculture and Food Security in Banyumas Regency. This population is all contract employees totaling 135 employees. The sample in this research was 101 employees using the Probability Sampling Technique. Data analysis method using F test, T test and Adjusted R2. The results of this research using the F test stated that work discipline, competence and organizational commitment had a significant effect. Based on the t-test obtained; (a) Work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance. (b) has a significant effect on employee performance. (c) organizational commitment has a significant effect on employee performance. Based on the coefficient of determination test, R2 shows the effect of work discipline, competence and organizational commitment on employee performance by 47,6%.
