Information Technology is a term that is often used in anything related to the role of technology in helping human life to become easier. In a website required good quality. The quality of the website is very important for a company or organization. So the research was conducted on the PERKEMI website called www.simperkemi.or.id. This study aims to determine the quality of the website using the webqual and impotance performance analysis (IPA) methods. Based on the webqual method, there are three indicators used to assess a quality website, namely usability quality (quality of usability), information quality (quality of information), and service interaction quality (quality of service interaction). The analysis technique used is Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) used to compare the performance (performance) of the service quality of a system that is currently being felt with the expectations or interests (importance) of users regarding the ideal service quality of each indicator in the webqual 4.0 method, which indicator which have good performance and which indicators are still not performing well. This study uses a quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires to dojo administrators in Banyumas Regency. The reliability and validity test of the instrument was carried out with the help of SPSS 24 software. The quality of the website was not good because based on the results of the conformity level on the PERKEMI SIM website the average was 97% and the average gap value was -(2.40). These results indicate that the performance perceived by the user has not met the expected importance. From the IPA results, indicators that need to be maintained are in quadrant I and quadrant II, while indicators that need improvement are in quadrant III and quadrant IV to improve the quality expected by users.
