Abstract
This research was conducted based on the background of the problem that innovative learning is needed along with technological advances. Innovative learning is carried out using the o-matic screencast application through the whatsapp group media. Learning outside the network with guidance by the teacher alternately once a week when students collect assignments. Inhibiting factors in innovative learning in the form of lack of facilities and infrastructure and economic capabilities that are less supportive. Supporting factors in the form of offline learning guidance and assistance from parents. This study aims to: describe the critical analysis of innovative learning using the o-matic screencast application through the whatsapp group media on the honest and disciplined attitudes of students as well as the inhibiting and supporting factors. This research is useful to help schools, teachers and students in improving honest and disciplined attitudes through innovative learning using o-matic screencast applications and whatsapp groups. This research is a qualitative research with an ethnographic approach. The research activity was carried out in SD Korwilcam Kalibagor Banyumas. The research was carried out for 3 (three) months, starting from May to d. July 2021. The subjects in this study were 12 (twelve) teachers and 6 (six) elementary school students as informants in the Korwilcam Kalibagor Banyumas area. Techniques and data collection tools were carried out using observation, interviews and documentation methods. Data analysis is carried out by: processing and preparing data for analysis, reading the entire data, analyzing in more detail by coding the data, applying the coding process, showing a description of the data, interpreting the data. The results and conclusions of the study indicate that: 1) SD in Korwilcam Kalibagor Banyumas has carried out innovative learning using o-matic screencast applications through whatsapp group media towards students' honest and disciplined attitudes well and optimally; 2) inhibiting factors in innovative learning using o-matic screencast applications through whatsapp group media on the honest and disciplined attitude of elementary school students at Korwilcam Kalibagor Banyumas can be overcome by existing supporting factors.
