Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of Compensation, Job Satisfaction, and Leadership towards Turnover Intention in PT Rumpun Sari Antan IV Ajibarang. The population in this study were all employees of PT Rumpun Sari Antan IV Ajibarang. The sample used in this study were 96 respondents using purposive sampling technique. The analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis, and t test. Based on the results of the t test analysis, it was concluded that partially compensation had a negative and significant effect towards turnover intention, job satisfaction had a negative and significant effect towards turnover intention, leadership had a positive and significant effect towards turnover intention.
