This study was aimed at determining the use of worksheets for kids as the learning
media for studying from home in coronavirus pandemic at TK Pertiwi
Kedungmalang in the academic year of 2020/2021. A mixed-method with a
purposive sampling technique of selecting informants was used in this study. Data
collection was carried out by taking questionnaires and conducting interviews.
The results of this study revealed that the worksheets for kids had an important
role in supporting the implementation of learning in Covid-19 pandemic times.
The parents had a positive point of view of using the worksheets which contained
activities and assignments as the learning media for kids although it has not been
as optimal as normal learning. They realized that in the covid-19 pandemic times,
the worksheets for kids were quite effective in helping to present simple learning
activities. At least their right to learn was still fulfilled through assignments in the
worksheets.
