Abstract
This study aims to see the influence of leadership, rewards and punishments on employee performance (at PT. Pegadaian Persero Cabang Purwokerto). The sample in this study may be 110 people who are PT. Pegadaian Persero Cabang. The sampling technique used in this study was saturated sampling (census) and data were obtained from respondents using a research instrument using a questionnaire. Data analysis using multiple linear regression test and coefficient of determination test. The results of the study reveal that leadership has no significant effect on employee performance, rewards have a significant effect on employee performance and punishment has a significant effect on employee performance.
