This study aims to determine the effect of location,store atmosphere, and product variation on costumer satisfaction at jailbreak Cafe in Purwokerto. Sanples obtain 102 respondents were taken using purposive sampling technique. The chosencriteria is jailbreak Cafe Customers who have made purchase more than once. The results of the hypothesis showed that as partial, location, store atmosphere, and product variation have significantly positive effects on customer satisfaction in jailbreak Cafe. Furthermore as simultianeous, also found that location, store atmosphere and product variations have significant effects on the satisfaction of Jailbreak cafe customers
