Smartphone ia a communication product that creates prestige value for its users and has become the lifesyle of today’s society. In its development, Smartphone are used as a technology-based communiction tool that is always developing and tends to increase in sophistication of its features and functions.
Purpose: The aim of this study was to examine the effect of lifestyle, price, and product quality on purchasing decisions.
Methods: This type of research was a quantitative research method in the form of survey research. The number of samples in this research was 100 respondents who were chosen using purposive sampling with the criteria that had been required.
Results: Based on the simultaneous test (F test), lifestyle, price, and product quality had a positive effect on purchasing decisions with a variability of 59.3%. In addition, the partial test (t test) showed that the influence of lifestyle and product quality had a positive effect on purchasing decisions. However, the effect of product prices negatively affected purchasing decisions.
