Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of organizational culture and leadership
style on organizational commitment with job satisfaction as a mediating variable
at the Foundation for the Development of Children with Disabilities (YPAC)
Semarang. The population in this study were all employees of the Foundation for
the Development of Children with Disabilities (YPAC) Semarang, totaling 130
employees. The sampling in this study used the Saturated Sample method by
making the entire population a sample of 130 respondents. Data obtained from
respondents with research instruments using questionnaires. The analytical
technique used in this research is multiple regression analysis. Based on the test
results, it is known that organizational culture variables have a significant
positive effect on job satisfaction, leadership style variables have a significant
positive effect on job satisfaction, organizational commitment has a significant
positive effect on job satisfaction, organizational culture has a significant positive
effect on organizational commitment, leadership style has a significant positive
effect on organizational commitment, job satisfaction can mediate the influence of
organizational culture on organizational commitment and job satisfaction can
mediate the influence of leadership style on organizational commitment
