This study aims to determine the effect of Transformational Leadership, Work Engagement and Organizational Commitment on Employee Performance PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IX Kaligua Brebes. The population of this study was 701 employees with a sample of employees of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IX Kaligua, totaling 265 employees. The sampling technique used in this study is accidental sampling technique and data obtained from respondents with research instruments using questionnaires. Data analysis using multiple linear regression test. The results of the study reveal that Transformational Leadership, Work Involvement and Organizational Commitment simultaneously have a significant positive effect on employee performance. The results of the partial analysis test show that Transformational Leadership has a significant positive effect on employee performance, Work Engagement has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, Organizational Commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
