Abstract

This purpose of this research was to examine the effect of word of mouth,
product attributes, and brand trust on the purchase decision for Oppo mobile
phones in Purwokerto. This type of research is a quantitative research with data
collection techniques using purposive sampling and the sample used in this
sresearch amounted to 105 respondent. Test data analysis using multiple linear
regression. The test results indicate that simultaneous word of mouth, product
attributes, and brand trust significantly influence purchasing decisions.
Meanwhile, partially word of mouth, product attributes, and brand trust
respectively have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions.
