This study aimed to describe the teachers at SD Negeri 02 Randudongkal in assembling plans, implementation and obstacles in carrying out attitude assessments. This study used a qualitative method with research subjects of 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th grade class teachers. Data collection teachniques in this study used interview, observation, and document techniques, data analysis used the Miles and Huberman Model. The results demonstrated that the 1st grade class teacher planned attitude assessments by determining attitudes and assessment sheets, their implementation by using observation and journals. The 2nd grade teacher made plans by preparing an attitude asssessment journal, its implementation by using observation techniques and educator journals. The 3rd grade teachers made an attitude assessment plan by preparing an evaluation journalfirst, while conducting an attitude assessment using observations and journals. The 4th grade teachers made plans by determining attitudes, indicators and peer-to-peer assessment sheet and journal, the teacher’s implimentation used peer-to-peer and journal assessment techniques. The 5th grade teachers, made assessment plan by preparing a journal, the teacher used observation techniques and journals. The obstacle faced by teachers of SD Negeri 02 Randudongkal was carrying out an assessment student attitudes with a large number of students. Teachers of SD Negeri 02 Randudongkal also found it difficult to assess honesty and dividinf time between carrying ot tasks outside of school and carrying out attitude assessments.
