Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of Islamic work ethics on improving the employee performance of Toserba Berkah Jaya Purwokerto with organizational commitment and Organization Cityzenship Behavior (OCB) as mediating variables. The data used were primary by survey method through questionnaires distribution to 105 respondens. The census method was used to simple random samples in this research. Data were analyzed using Path Analysis. The hypothesis testing used are partial (t test) and sobel test. The research showed that Islamic work ethics have significant effects on employee performance. Organizational commitment and Organization Cityzenship Behavior (OCB) have effect of mediated Islamic work ethics have significant effects on employee performance.
