This research aims to produce Mathematics Student Worksheets (LKPD) containing High Order Thinking Skills (HOTS). The process of LKPD development was conducted using the 4D model proposed by Thiagaradjan consisted of 4 stages, namely the stage of define, design, develop, and disseminate. However, in this research, the development of LKPD was only up to the stage of development or validation. The research data were collected using questionnaires and then were analyzed in order to get the validity of the LKPD. The final result of this research was the compilation of Mathematics LKPD containing HOTS on the material of Set in grade VII. The validity score was 3.24 which. It means the LKPD is valid.
