Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of transformational leadership, motivation, organizational culture and work discipline on the performance of BMT Dana Mentari Purwokerto employees in Banyumas Regency. This type of research is quantitative research. Sampling in this study used purposive sampling with a sample of 105 people. Data analysis techniques used were validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis test, coefficient of determination test, t test and f test. Based on the research results partially and simultaneously shows that transformational leadership, motivation, organizational culture and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on the performance of BMT Dana Mentari Purwokerto employees in Banyumas Regency
