This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of the work environment on employee performance, to examine and analyze the effect of leadership style on employee performance, to examine and analyze the effect of compensation on employee performance, to examine and analyze the effect of career development on employee performance. The population of this research is the employees of SL Corp. Purwokerto totaling 167 people. The research sample was 109 people, which were taken using the slovin formula. Data obtained by distributing questionnaires and then analyzed using multiple linear regression test and hypothesis testing using SPSS version 20. The results of this study are: (1) the work environment partially has a significant effect on employee performance, (2) leadership style partially has a significant effect. on employee performance, (3) partial compensation has no significant effect on employee performance, (4) career development partially has a significant effect on performance.
