The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of competence, training, and career development of towards employee performance in Perumdam Tirta Satria Banyumas Regency. The sample of this study was Perumdam Tirta Satria employees who numbered 241 employees using non-probability sampling techniques and data obtained from respondents with research instruments using questionnaries. The research method used in research is multiple regression analysis the results show the competence, training, and career development simultaneously affect employee performance. Then, partial analysis test results show that competence had a negative and insignificant effect on employee performance, training had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and career development had a negative and insignificant effect on employee performance.
