Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect. JOB SATISFACTION, WORK DISCIPLINE AND ORGANIZATIONAL CITIZENSHIP BEHAVIOR ON EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE (Survey on employees of Dream Land Ajibarang, Banyumas). The total population of this study were 110 employees. The sample in this study was 110 employees using the saturated sample technique. The analysis used is, F test, t test and R2 adjusted. The results of this study based on the f test stated that Job Satisfaction, Work Discipline and Organizational Citizenship Behavior had a significant effect on employee performance, based on the t test obtained: (a) Job Satisfaction had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. (b) Work Discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. (c) Organizational Citizenship Behavior has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Based on the coefficient of determination R2adjusted, it shows that the influence of Job Satisfaction, Work Discipline and Organizational Citizenship Behavior on employee performance is 48.1%, while the remaining 51.9% is influenced by variables outside the research model.
