This study aims to determine the effect of Servant Leadership, Competence, and Work Discipline on the performance of village apparatus in Jatilawang District, Banyumas Regency. This research is a quantitative study using a questionnaire of as many as 105 respondents from the village apparatus in Jatilawang District, Banyumas Regency. The sampling technique uses a saturated sampling method or census. Data analysis used descriptive statistics, validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, determination coefficient test, F test, and t-test. Based on the results of the study, it shows that Servant Leadership, Competence, and Work Discipline simultaneously effect the Performance of Village Apparatus in Jatilawang District, Banyumas Regency. For the partial test, the competency and work discipline variables have a positive and significant effect on the performance of the village apparatus. However, the Servant Leadership variable did not have a significant positive effect on the performance of the village apparatus.
