Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Leadership, Motivation, Work Discipline and Compensation on Employee Performance at PT. SATRIA BUANA PAMULA SAKTI. The population that is used as the target of this research is the parties related to the performance of the employees of PT. SATRIA BUANA PAMULA SAKTI . A total of 150 people, and all of them became respondents using a multiple linear regression analysis model. The results of this study indicate that all variables, namely: Leadership, Motivation, Work Discipline and Compensation, have a positive and significant influence simultaneously on the performance of employees of PT. SATRIAN BUANA PAMULA SAKTI. While it was partially found that for the partial test leadership has a negative and insignificant effect on employee performance, the work motivation variable has a significant positive effect on employee performance, the work discipline variable has a negative and significant effect on employee performance and the compensation variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
